How to return the product?
After we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund within a week as of the date you requested the return.
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery, the money would be refunded in a form of Tasalla credit saved on your wallet you can either place new order using the credits or transfer the credits to your bank account.
Conditions for returning an item:
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
- Should there be any item damaged due to our shipping, please contact our customer service via hotline or our Facebook page along with a picture of the damage within 24 hours for claim purposes.
Refund rules for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher code:
For items purchased by using or adding a discount /voucher code, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid, and not its original value.
